wings off of butterflies

thank you =ChildOfAtlas, *wyldraven, and ~Penny-Stock!

first manip of twenty twelve and it's been a labor of... love, i guess. tablet spazzed out five times over the course of me not doing this (whenever i went to work on it, tablet was being an utter bitch)
at first i was gonna have a horse behind the foal, but then i was like "no that looks really bad here lets just keep the foal by itself" and it was missing something, so i slapped some wings on it.
i like it!

fun fact: the foal was all hand painted after i had gotten the guide lines off of the stock. it was actually really fun and kinda easy once i got the blobs all defined and stuff.
